Talk about a terrible experience. The girl that repaired my phone was very nice, and had great customer service. Now to the repair:

I came in with a cracked iphone. She quoted a very affordable price to repair the phone. During the repair she came to me and told me the home button was now not working. This is proprietary Apple technology that only Apple can do. The haptics on the buttom are totally proprietary.

So I got a new screen with no home button. They had to use the accessability options to give me a virtual button ( Try using this for a day, you will have a literal aneurism).

Now a week later my battery is ruined, it goes dead about 3 times a day. The screen graphics are terrible, which shows they obviously used an inferior screen. And the touch on the screen is terrible, I have to press hard usually just so it will work.

So I went and purchased a new Phone for 350.00, after wasting 80.00 at their shop on my old phone. I went to reset the phone, now it is a brick because there is no home button and i cannot access the start menus.

So all in all, I know she meant well, but good lord did I get hosed. Never again will I visit a repair shop. It's just easier and less stress buying a new...

These people are scam artists. BUYERS BEWARE! My wife came in to get me a pair of headphones and went looking for the iPhone wireless ones. They told her they were out of stock (knowing they aren’t even authorized retailers for that merchandise) so they continue to sell her the fake ones. They had a last pair that was broken and sold it to her knowing it was a Christmas gift. I opened my gifts early and they weren’t functioning and weren’t the pair I wanted. She called and explained her situation and they offered her money back. Once I arrived for the return they denied it and proceeded to disrespect me by yelling and shouting. The older gentleman is the manager and he is a crook. They mark up their prices for their products and force a sale on you even if it doesn’t work so they can keep your money. I grew up in Katy and please don’t let any of our locals or family members, friends get scammed by...

So I call the store this morning because I just started a job in the mall but I can’t seem to make it by here when they are open due to my work schedule but I also don’t have a car and before I could explain anything….ai said Good morning I was calling to see if you have any unlocked or T-Mobile iPhones and if so low n high prices before I make arrangements to try to come for something you don’t have waste of his and my time effort and money, but before I could try to explain he rudely responded I won’t tell u any information like that and quickly hung up on me. So besides the review I’m now leaving and the family and friends and customers from the mall he has lost quite a few possible customers, money, and recommendations. Now my recommendation is treat others how you want to be treated especially running or operating a “business “....
