Fun to take it all in given the history the team shares about it all. Easy to spend a few bucks here ;), with confidence. AND as importantly, if you're looking for something specific that they don't have, they will suggest other establishments that may. In my case they did exactly that and directed me to a store that had exactly what I was looking for. I had to return to them sharing my thanks for simply being good people and directing me to a place that had my item. Read moreMy wife and I stopped in on a cruise, happened to walk in the store. The owners were very understanding of the budget we had to work with if we were to buy anything. They were not pushy at all, informed us of the options of payment plans, etc. Best of all, if we said, "no" or "not today" to something, they simply said, "okay. let us know if you change your mind," and left it there. We walked through other jewelry stores, and the workers were constantly in your face, trying to force you to buy the most expensive piece in the store, didn't understand the word "no;" not this place. Orca Jewels made great recommendations for jewelry, and we ended up getting a reversible necklace (silver one side, gold on the other) and a set of pendant, earrings, and ring, all with Northern Lights Topaz, all for under $200. My wife and I made a purchase here on August 10th while on our anniversary cruise, hoping to bring home a special memory. Unfortunately, that memory has turned into disappointment. Within a very short time, one of the diamonds from the ring we purchased fell out completely. For something sold as fine jewelry, this should never happen.
The craftsmanship is clearly poor and unreliable, and it raises serious concerns about the overall quality of what they are selling.
