Workers here are extremely rude and are very quick to judge. A group of my friends, all 17 and 18; walked into the store eager to purchase a ring. As we were looking at rings, the employees were being very disrespectful and scolded us to leave thinking we would steal. They assumed we were picking the rings up and putting them in our pockets, keep in mind all of us did not have bags nor had clothing we could put rings in. We simply picked up the ring to look at and would then put it back. One of the employees even mocked us asking us if we were planning on hanging out there for the entire day, when we entered the store 5 minutes prior. I have never been discriminated against for being a teenager and each one of us had the money to purchase rings from that store. I am sincerely disappointed in the service and will not be going back nor recommend anyone...

Used to buy stuff from here (the lakeside storefront) every time I visit Lake Geneva but the pale, thin, blond woman, late 50’s early 60’s, working at the counter today was so rude! Never said hello or welcome or anything, basically acted like I wasn’t there when I walked in. She was literally throwing coins into the register one at a time, making a point to to it as loudly as possible to make it clear my mother and I weren’t welcome in the store. we both felt like we were intruding in the store and weren’t welcome. I was going to buy another ring but her attitude put me off so bad I put it back and left. Obviously she’s just there to make her hourly wages regardless of whether or not her attitude chases customers out of the store. The owners should hire friendlier workers if they don’t want to...

very disrespectful, i walked in with 5 of my friends to look at some jewelry and we looked at rings and put them back, the employees were quick to judge and immediately accused us of stealing, when we told them that we were putting things back after we looked, one employee asked if we were spending all day in the store or if we could leave, after she said that we all left because we were extremely disappointed with they’re service. do not go to sterling works unless you are 100% positive you will buy something. sterling works will never get my service again even after buying several items...
