Bourbon Street Sports Bar — Restaurant in Las Vegas

If you want a good definition of bad service that is the spot. The food is dry and disgusting, the service is horrid. I walk in to order food the bartender named Scott starts yelling. Not only are they out of Red Beans and Rice that was so dry I hadn't ordered it in years, he tells me my bag is not allowed. I carry a small bag with paperwork and items to reuse because it says Goodwill I get harassed. He jumps in my face yelling saying I can not come in order food gamble or use the restroom. I offer to leave my bag at the front so I can order something and use the restroom he yells saying it's his establishment go to another location. This place should get shut down or he should get fired ASAP to save the establishment. I hope he gets fired soon so the place and location dies not have to suffer from a horrid employee with guest service worse than him. I would say to never go to the Bourbon on Sahara and Paradise. The location up Sahara does have better food and service. This location is across from Palace Station it has no place to bet but the TVs are just as good as the sports book at Palace Station. I have never had any casinos harass me about a bag which is like my purse the way Scott did at Bourbon. He shouldn't be working there much longer with all the people I saw upset about his comments...

I Gave it 3 Stars Because Amber The Overnight Bartender is Amazing 🖤 Shes Funny And Attentive And The Only Reason I Even Still Come Here . It is February Of 2022 And They Still Have 95% Of Their Games Shut Down "Because Of Covid" No! It's pure Blown Laziness ! I Came Today (2.7.22) During The Day For The First Time Since Michelle Left And Couldnt Have Been More Miserable. The Worker Was Annoying And Rude Not To Mention That This is The ONLY Place in Vegas I Have Ever Been Where You Have To Wear Your Mask While SITTING DOWN ALONE AT A TABLE DRINKING . Ofcourse She Waited To Mention it Until After I Had Paid For My Second Drink And Then Continually Screwfaced Me The Rest Of The Time I Was there. I Will NEVER Come Back Unless Amber is Working. Especially When There is A Better And Bigger One Down Sahara. Came in to grab a bite, a drink and watch the game. The woman at the counter informed us that they didn’t serve food and only had an air fryer in the kitchen. We asked if we could bring in some food from outside and she said yes. We went and grabbed some food from Subway and returned. After eating we planned on ordering drinks. She approached us loud and disrespectfully and said you can’t eat outside food in here. We were confused and caught off guard because she just said we could before we came back. She started talking to us very disrespectful and I tried to calm her down by saying she didn’t have to approach us like that we can talk without the aggressive attitude and she kept going.
