Siegel Suites Paradise — Local services in Las Vegas

Corrective actions should be given to Elizabeth, the so- called 'manager', and to Stephanie, the front desk clerk. They have chosen not to give it to themselves. And when I had to try to give it to them, they still chose to not take it. Yet, they did choose to give corrective actions to me.

I have video evidence that they are defrauders, gender discriminators and harassers.

Last july, Stephanie rented an apartment to me, though my i.d. was expired. She chose to say to my face that she immediately deleted the i.d. photo in the system, in order to prevent the corporate office from detecting it. And last July, Elizabeth chose to charge a money from me and say to my face that a new screen will be put onto my apartment window. I had to cut the existing screen, in order to escape a possibly- armed intruder. I reported the incident to police. Yet, a new screen has not been put onto the window. Last Friday, Elizabeth chose to harass me by indicating a threat to lock me out of my apartment if I, who had the flu, would not talk to them in person. Yet, when I did so and then had to defend myself from her further harassment and Stephanie's false accusations, Elizabeth even further chose to harass me by indicating that I harrassed her and then by covertly recording me. Since last July, Stephanie has chosen to lie to me a dozen times when I reported violations and later asked about the way to give correct actions. And she and Elizabeth did not go and listen to noise disturbances from 3 females, or charge money from them. Yet, last week, they chose to do both with me and chose to falsely accuse me of pounding on a wall. I did not pound, but knocked, on a wall, in order to indicate to a female to stop her own noise disturbances. I already had reported the female to Stephanie many times. And Elizabeth chose to harass me by saying to my face that they charged money from me because they chose to go and listen to my noise disturbances, yet not to those of the females. So Elizabeth indicated that they retaliated against me on behalf of the females. Also, Elizabeth chose to further harass me by shouting at me and telling me that I should have 'locked' myself in my bathroom when my ex- girlfriend had sent a possibly- armed intruder into my apartment. Yet, Elizabeth even further chose to harass me by falsely accusing me of 'having anger' when I shouted on the phone at the ex- girlfriend. The reason that I shouted was not in anger, but in order to defend Seigal Suites from an intruder. Last Friday, Elizabeth and Stephanie did not charge money for an unregistered person from another female. Yet, moments later, Elizabeth chose to harrass a male with a unregistered person by saying to his face that she does not care that his month's rent would be withheld because of it. As a side note, since July, Stephanie has chosen to let me leave the office a half a dozen times without her including my Wi- Fi passcodes in...

Like Cops? Stay here. Two homicides occured during my stay from Dec 2017 to May 2018. The staff lies a lot. They and associate upstairs track you, stop watch you, and never kept word. Refused any Siegel's Rewards claiming its a separate company in California. The office staff said they were accused by Siegel upper management of stealing rewards which is why they have online prpgram.. The main boss I recorded and will bring to authorities. The Siegel employees lie, and possibly one person might have been shot due to misrepresentation by staff which is under review. I didn't feel safe, and thought they were bugging rooms. Not the bugs that bight. I had read negative reviews where the said do not stop here. They were right. Elizabeth is bad news and she will be seeing a judge within six months or so following filing. I have many photos. If you value your safety, property, privacy, and future don't come to Siegel suites at all. A long term good guy cabbie told me he had lived at Siegel suites paradise and they were bad news and he was right. We must now spend great time looking for identity theft and industrial espionage issues in our and warning all contacts of such. That alone in business is bad news and expensive. They even had a 10 year old kid kick in our front door trying to open up unit.I recorded that with cell phone as well. Yep. Sitting there at Siegel Suites Paradise as the front door was kicked in banging back the chair I propped behind it due to reviews online. Do not stop. Several times I came in to see LVPD cruisers parked and officers deployed. They had swat truck and big surveillance emergency vehicle also and tape. Another dead body at Siegel Suite. Its not worth it. I ask the State OAG to investigate and protect the public. Shut them down and seize all property. There are many good businesses with better prices then Siegel Suites. Nifty nickel has many listings and apartments dot com or hot pads. Suites are many in Vegas. Choose another...

I stay at this property for a few months this year.Rebeka the manger does not have a customer serviceskills what so ever. I had many issues with this property and i stay at other Siegel locations and this was the worst, First of all we had crack heads knocking on the door all hours of the day asking for spare change.Its very noisy out side people outside screaming.. Then you also have maintance knocking on your door and bothering you when your home or if your not home. They want to invade your privacy.! And there is a nasty smell at this property and they never fix the smell..The smell made me very sick. There was also a fire in one of the buildings and we had to be out of place for a couple of hours due to a customer that threw tv out the window and other things at 4am in the morning. He cause the fire and our stuff got wet and ruin from the fire. No I did not see Rebeka any where in site and she was not in the office the next day. And Siegel was on the local news. Rebeka yell at me for no reason at all and kick me out of the office after i pay my rent. All I wanted to do is ask her a question she yell at me...
