My journey started in early 2021. My then Girlfriend , now finacee and soon to be Wife had no idea that I was out sourcing from her home state. We reside in Texas. I had a friend go down to the Diamond district and report back what she thought would be a good place to use. She gave the report and opinion that this establishment really knew what they were doing and she would consider doing business here in the future. From the start from talking to the Elan he was always transparent and willing to assist we spoke about budget needs and design. The ring was made from scratch created with elegance passion and love. Elan is a true artist as well as an amazing business man and jeweler. This was during COVID and the diamond I wanted was otherwise held up due to dock authorities. Elan made it right and the out come has been amazing he offered a comparable diamond at a higher clarity rating but matched the price of the one that was held up. He showed step by step plans and modifications to the design as well as the digital schematics he was on a first name basis with me and just 100%a personal jeweler. His masterpiece has gotten so many compliments and stands out. The ring came out to be exactly what it needed to be. Fast forward we are now in the process of negotiating the designs for wedding bands. From the start of my engagement ring project, I knew Elan was the person I wanted to work with. From the very first phone call, I could just feel it. However, due to the importance of my project (which was a fully bespoke engagement ring), I knew I would still need to meet with Elan in person before feeling fully comfortable in moving forward with him. My in person consultation only solidified my confidence in him and that we both had the same vision for the ring. He moved swiftly, but never once did i feel pressured. He absolutely took the project at my pace. He even talked me down from SPENDING MORE money on diamonds for the sake of the beauty and integrity of the final piece. During this project, Elan suffered a personal tragedy and yet, he remained focused and dedicated to finishing my ring (even though I gave him room to process his loss).
