This is the closets El Pollo Loco in my area but the freaking manager doesnt know to check the receipts in their machine if a person paid both card & cash days after. We both a family pack last May 6th @ 7:15pm... we paid both cash & card... unfortunately we lost the receipt but atleast at the end of the day the manager will notice why they have extra money. I used to work in a fast food & I would say it is part of my job to tally everything before closing the counter. My husband went back the following day to complain about the extra charge which is $15+ in our bank statement thru online mobile app but the stupid manager told him it is still pending & come back on weekdays. So he went back today & the stupid manager said we need a bank statement in order for them to give the money back!! Freaking stupid!! You should have said that on Sunday rather makinh us coming back & begging for that freaking money! So the question is: WHO GOT THAT CASH WORTH $15...
Read moreI went over there just a moment ago to get my to-go order. Usually someone is in the front, but this time, it wasn’t. That’s OK, I get it, a lot of things you got to do around a restaurant. I waited for 2 minutes. The one lady behind was getting food together, saw me but didn’t greet me. Whatever, another guy came from one side to another, then to the back. Another customer came to the same area I was in, and the workers greeted her and asked her if she had a to-go order and she said yes. They gave her the order and then asked me what my name was also out of the hot sauce. I usually don’t complain about stuff like this, but I was upset about being there and everybody acted as if I wasn’t there. All I can say is that I don’t like the way they treated me yesterday in the drive true they took my order wrong besides that when I told the guy that he gave me the wrong item he got mad and yes he changed it for the right one but when he was going to give me my order he almos throw to me.
