Crossiv Jewelry — Local services in Los Angeles

This is my first review and I'm only posting it because of just how happy I was with Roman's service. After getting the run around from damn near every other reccomended jeweler in town, I found Crossiv on google. Roman was prompt and honest on the phone and I felt assured enough to make the trip downtown to see if he'd be able to set it.

I expected an appraisal and to have to come back or leave my jewelry, but he motioned for me to come around so I could see and watch his every move, which I felt really good about. I admittedly know little about the stone setting process but know enough to say he's a pro. 10 minutes later, and for an astoundingly fair rate, I walked out of there with my stone set beautifully and perfect.

I know this review probably sounds suspiciously emphatic, but I was so fed up with every other place I called that I was ready to pull my hair out and Roman dealt with me immediately....

I highly recommend Crossiv Jewelry! All thanks to them, my gf and I were able to have custom made rings that we both wanted.
