As customers, we hate stepping into those jewelry stores where you get mauled and pressured by sales piranhas but upon immediate first impression I could tell this place did not have this setting. Johnny's father Edmund and another young gentleman Christian were just some awesome personable folks whom we had a lot of fun just laughing and conversating. I came in searching for a cuban link gold bracelet. Low pressure, informative, and a keen intuition based on your budget, they gave me an overly generous price on the best cuban link they had in stock, 14k 7mm, plus a free same-day expedited custom sizing service just so that I could walk out the store that day wearing it.

After a few days, I decided I wanted to upgrade to 18k and thicker (10mm)... however, since I live in the bay area and this upgrade had to be a special custom order, I thought this process would have me jump thru hoops. I could not believe how Johnny (the owner, and Edmund's son) made this complex process such a smooth customer experience through extremely fast response times, complete transparency on processes and frequent status updates via email. When the custom piece was done, he even face-timed the finished product to confirm if I was happy with the result. On top of that, he cut me an outrageously good price offer for this piece (my family owns a jewelry store in Florida and they confirmed his generosity). Johnny went even further to throw me in a free appraisal, a beautifully exclusive blue finished wood bracelet box, and even threw in free 2-day insured shipping to my address. These people do exist :)

In the end, I came out with phenomenal piece of jewelry and quality piece to last a lifetime.

There are so many nice things I have to say about Johnny and his services that if you message me, I'd be willing to speak with anybody over the phone! I've shopped at other stores in the diamond district... I've even interviewed some of the top rated shops too. Johnny takes the cake! I met with Johnny on three separate occasions before I decided that I wanted him to customize my engagement ring. I interviewed more than 5 diamond shops and he couldn't be beat. His selection of previously made rings, his experience in the industry, his inventory of center stones, and his knowledge when it comes to security of the diamonds... can't be beat. He is genuinely a great person and is willing to bend over backwards for his clients.

I currently reside in Orange County so it's at least an hour drive for me on the weekends. I was looking for a very specific center diamond, which Johnny had. I wanted to make sure it was the absolute best diamond out there so I had Johnny send me photos and specs over email for a month. He sent me at least 15 pictures of center diamonds. While Johnny was looking for the perfect stone, I was having the other dealers do the same thing. I must have looked at over 35 center stones. (I also looked at another 15 stones in locations near me... Not to mention, I was searching the entire internet for more options.)

Johnny and I spent a lot of time together while making the perfect ring. The process he has in place is absolutely amazing. The 3D CAD design to the 3D mold makes you feel like you're a part of the creation process. He would email me with new pictures, he'd call me with updates to let me know how things are going and most of all, and he was extremely courteous and appreciative.
