i wanted to say that i ordered the 14kt/22inch/2.5mm,, solid rope ,,im so happy with my chain!!soooo heavy omg,,,ive never had a piece of jewelry like this,,,am so happy you guys rock,,,we ordered it last friday and already have it,,,everytime it moved through system i would receive an update,,,that was awesome,,,thank you so much ,,never think i would own a piece like this solid gold piece,,,is so expensive elsewhere!!you guys truly are amazing!!

This is place will not help you if the package gets lost or stolen it’s been 30 days they keep saying they are waiting on usps to give them an answer and do not respond when I have a question now they completely stopped responding to me when I ask for updates I tried to buy a gift for my nephew and these guys have done nothing to try and fix this situation I’m very disappointed in the customer service if anyone wants to see pics I have screenshots of everything I don’t want anyone else going through what I have with them I now know I will never see my refund or the item I ordered it can say it was delivered all day but if I wasn’t there to sign for it and have proof on camera and clock ins with ring footage that shows the postman never even came to my door… the sad thing is it was less than $300 and it’s like pulling teeth this completely ruined me ever buying jewelry...
