We dealt with Chris. We spent days looking at hundreds of rings and were about to go home when we happened on his store. Spent hours talking with him. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He explained everything about how diamonds are classified and priced so we felt educated. We left and tried to prove him wrong but every time we went to other jewelers over the coming days we realized that the information he shared was absolutely accurate. Before you buy any expensive jewelry PLEASE give these guys a call and understand the difference between what is reality and what the other traders wang you to believe. You will be glad you did! This is NOT the ring I chose- we actually had one custom made, for a fraction (20%)of the price of high street jewelry stores and less than his competitors here. The diamond alone ended up saving me $10k over high street prices and I got a better diamond than I would have from the high street. If I had gone with a different store at the Jewelry quarter I would have paid a little more and not received anything close to the diamond I purchased. Capri jewelery has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have been recommending them to friends, family and coworkers anybody looking to buy an engagement or wedding ring. My wife and I saw they had good reviews and decided to compare the quality and prices of their rings to other larger jewelry stores. We were blown away by the quality and price difference between Capri and Kay jewelers. Capri is family owned and had great reviews for a reason, they have excellent products, prices and customer service. They helped my wife design her own engagement ring and wedding band and the finished product was beyond what she expected. She looks at her ring everyday and is constantly being complemented on it's beauty. We recently went back to Capri to have the ring dipped and cleaned and the ring is back to it's original beauty. They even offered to ship the ring back to us so we wouldn't have to drive back to downtown LA to pick it up. The ring was cleaned and dipped and shipped back to us in a matter of days.
