Hollywest Promenade — Local services in Los Angeles

In just the last 6 months or so that security has definitely been tripled or quadrupled in this location which is a lot better than it used to it's a lot cleaner too they redid the parking lot and install TV stations downstairs which is really cool there's also car detailing down in the bottom parking lot they definitely did a lot better than they were before or they are doing a lot better than they were doing before security is very tight which I think is great for customer service doesn't let nobody hang around that's not pain or not doing anything which is good Norms is there bringing a lot of people but I do have to say it's gotten...

When this place was built it was more car oriented. This place is not pedestrian friendly it has experienced high turn over in regards to businesses there is underground parking yet once more nor pedestrian friendly one bright spot I recently noticed it now has a mini norms restaurant..plus this little mall is next to the hollywood/western redline station there are some lingering issues with homelessness here..but getter better.. there are about 5 different types of food places here plus a wells Fargo bank and a ROSS on second level and a Ralph's supermarket on first level there is a pets mart and a Marshall's store...

Ghettō shopping center. This place sure has gone down the gutter. LowIifes always loitering outside. The Starbucks closed permanently because the area is so dangerous. The escalators and elevators have been out of service for months now. Perhaps the owner, Tony Shooshani, needs to get served with an ADA lawsuit to spur him to get it together.

What ever happened to the Norms restaurant? It's been "coming soon" for years now and never materialized. And what happened with the fire which put Big Mama's & Papa's pizzeria out of business? Very suspicious circumstances. This place seems to be...
