A pizza joint that offers a slice is always a winner. Unfortunately Hollywood Pizza Cafe sells one thing and delivers something else. Through the Uber Eats app I ordered a Meat Lovers slice that's supposed to include beef pepperoni, bacon, italian sausage, ham, and beef, and I received a slice with pepperoni and a few pieces of sausage (picture below). Meat Lovers slice is a rip-off, don't do it.

Ordered over an hour ago and they haven't even made my pizza. Two drivers have already had to leave because nobody here is doing their job. Apparently they had another customer waiting 3 hours. This is wild. It's crazy to pay for service and food and not get either. And now it's going to take another half hour or longer. Insane and awful place.

Great small business pizza spot that is open late and a perfect spot for a meal after sight seeing, bars or clubs. The owner is very nice, works hard and provides excellent customer service. The pizza came out hot and had great flavor. The tables and seats were clean and comfortable. I will definitely be visiting again when I am in the area.

Was gon get pizza after witnessing cashier being disrespectful to what it appeared to be an Attorney General and his family (black family) slamming doors and giving attitude.

Took 3 hours to make me a large pepperoni pizza. Which never even ended up getting made. I sat there waiting patiently, asking every 40 minutes where my pizza was. Every time I would get the same response, "15-20 minutes." Finally they're closing down this place and I ask where's my pizza, and the guy working the counter says he gave it to me. I had literally been sitting in the same spot for 3 hours waiting. At no point did I receive my pizza. I did however watch them make a dozen pepperoni pizzas to sell as slices while I waited. I ordered over Postmates last night (1/13/19) and when my driver went to pick it up, someone random came in and picked up my pizza before him! When I spoke to the manager/supervisor over the phone I was met with hostility and a very short tempered man. I was hoping that since they handed my pizza to the wrong person it would be replaced, NOPE! They told me I would have to pay for a new one! Even though I never recieved the first one!
