I’m very upset with Roma jewelry I bought a engagement ring and left it in layaway for a while when I went to pay off my ring. My ring was totally different they think I didn’t NOTICED they did tricky stuff to my ring the diamond are very separated from the ring LIKE IF THEY TOOK OUT SOME DIAMONDS LESS GOLD ON THE RING I got so mad that I’m not using the ring and I don’t want to use it. I am not one to write reviews ever but I felt that Eddie deserved a raving review immediately! My now fiancé proposed this past weekend with a ring he picked out himself from Roma Design. I loved it, however the band was just a tad big, and we had been debating changing the stones direction, so I went back to Eddie today (a couple days later) to get it resized and adjusted and I can't even begin to explain how big of a gem he is! He waited for me to drive downtown and stayed open (during this crazy corona time). He brought me downstairs where the jeweler does all the magic, and stayed with me every step of the way till the ring was just exactly what I wanted. I am not the easiest client and definitely very particular and he had all the patience in the world! Roma design jeweler is amazing! After going to EVERY jewelry store in the area, my now husband and I were frustrated and annoyed from all of the pushy/rude sales people and poor quality engagement rings. When we came across Eddie and Lisa’s shop we immediately felt the sincerity from them both. Eddie was very helpful with assisting us in exploring different rings while being patient and excited to teach us about the different styles with a smile on his face.
