I have been going to this nail salon for 2 months. I was so excited because they do the SNS dip. My first 4 appointments with them were great although I did notice that my dip was cracking I never complained. Last week my nails broke 1 by 1. 5 total nails. Because I’m going out of town I decided to call and ask them to fix them. they re did the entire set free of charge even though I offered to pay them full price. Shortly after leaving I received a message from them that said the following

“sorry to tell you, i redone all your nail free today and it is last time we services you. next time you can go somewhere else do ur nail because i have been doing nail more than 10 years that i can tell people break their nail or not, only the gel color can be chips off by itself, but not powder. when powder and nails break means it had been impact hard enought for broken. but you are saying powder broke itself and cause ur nails broke then sorry we are not meet ur expectation. we redo ur all nails free today as our apology and thank you for your time and support.”

After Offering to pay full price for a service I was shocked I received this message. Why didn’t they just charge me? I feel this is horrible business practices and no customer loyalty! The manager of this location should not be a manager, he has no customer service! I don’t care that you did them for free, I offered to pay you! This salon is dirty and disgusting anyway, and I went there out of convenience, the fact that they had the dip powder and because they were so friendly and fast. I think the manager of this location should be fired. This is very unprofessional no matter how nicely he phrased the text to me. He’s a coward! Very disappointed!!!! This person "Lamí Bui" took complete advantage of my 15 year old daughter. She took advantage of my daughter's naïvety and overcharged her for a Mani, full set (short), and design (total $160). If it was Picasso design I understand.

This is ridiculous. Of course my daughter doesn't know anything better and she kept up charging her with add-ons. This would be okay to do to an adult, but up-charging and up-selling a 15 year old girl for a $160 manicure is just plain wrong. To be honest it isn't even worth the $160 she charged me.

My daughter asked me to zelle the person, and when I called and asked her to explain what she was charging me for, she kept repeating "I asked your daughter she said yes"... like really!!! How convenient to take advantage of 15 year old girl.

I personally go get my full set somewhere else with Salwarovski crystals and a long full set acrylic for $120 . Never ever I paid $160.

And to top it off, on top of taking advantage of a 15 year old girl, the quality of the work was average at best. The cuticles weren't completely taken care of, among other things.

Just got a gel pedi & mani and had a great, amazing experience! I haven’t gone to the nail shop in over a year and felt like I was shedding OFF 2020! LOL! I recommend everyone to do the same. Kathy did my feet and exfoliated & massaged them so well!!! I’ll for sure request her again. Also, they do NAIL ART if your looking for that type of service. I didn’t get it done this time, but will get it done next time. You do need to make an appointment, yet I’m sure if they’re not busy maybe you can walk in. Call ahead to make sure. Vivian did my hands and also did an amazing job! They have massage chairs. They use fresh tools opened up in front of you and the tubs are layer in plastic which I believe is super important! I felt very comfortable being in there. Make sure to bring cash. They have an ATM there if needed. I live in downtown, so I’m able to walk there. However, there’s parking across the street for those who need to drive. I will definitely return and enjoy their services again.
