Wolf's European Hair Design — Local services in Los Angeles

Lani has cut my hair a few times and each time it has been great , however the last time she cut and washed my hair was a very very bad experience. Her hairwash times before used to be lovely but she just patted on the shampoo didn't even work into my hair as a lather. ( Pretty sure there was still shampoo in my hair ) Then when I showed her what length I wanted and how many inches off ( hair cut hadn't started) and I had my hair all pulled to one side with hand to show her how much I wanted off she GRABBED THE SCISSORS AND WALKED BY WITHOUT TELLING ME AND CUT A HUGE CHUNK OFF THE BOTTOM I WAS SO SHOCKED I DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO SAY. She said it would be (easy to brush out) in her words. Didn't ask me if I wanted it longer in the back and shorter in the front ( what she usually had done 3 times before, or what kind of layers. I had long beautiful hair and she butchered it. Like I said the times before had been great, not sure if she was having an off day or what but my hair looks awful. I went in with long hair to my lower back to hair at my shoulders when I wanted a trim with layers. Sad to say but I can't come back... I've always tipped her a lot before as well but this experience was the absolute worst. Sad but I definitely have to go somewhere else, and also find clip in extensions in the meantime so...

This is the worst salon I have ever been to. Before I pod for the service I showed the owner my hair and ASKED if they had any experience with my type of hair and she told me yes she could do it. She washed my hair great, but when it was time for the actual blowout that I requested she tried combing it out all in one piece instead of sectioning, I had to HELP them detangle my hair then she tried to flat iron my hair without blow drying it which defeat the whole purpose of a ‘blowout’. The whole experience was traumatizing and pulled out half of my hair. Lastly I asked her to cut it and she told me she was ‘scared’ as a professional that has a CAREER in doing hair why would you be scared to something so simple. AND then she tried to make it seem like she was doing me a favor by doing the hair cut for free after I basically detangled my whole head MYSELF. At the end of my appointment I asked her if would be taking money off for the inconvenience and she stated she already gave me the hair cut for free. THIS IS THE WORST SALON AND PROFESSIONALISM I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. My ‘blowout’ looked a week old before I made it home. She shouldn’t ever call herself...
