I would urge anyone with kids to go elsewhere. I was verbally belittled in front of my family who stood watching in confusion. From being told to “get with the times momma” to “hurry up, momma’s in a hurry” as my kids picked out prizes at the counter. They rip you off even with FREE games. Niece was given a voucher for 3 games. She played 2 games and when she tried to play a third game the machine said insufficient funds. We asked the lady behind the counter and she said that her system said that my niece played three, which she did not. I told her she did not. The lady said that if we had paid for the games she could do something but since they were free she could not help us. I have worked in family entertainment for 32 years. I was excited when I saw the lights of the games because I'm always looking for something new and different. I went in and tried to use the restroom first. However the young ladies leaning against the counter on their cell phones stopped me right away and said that the restrooms were not for public use unless you're going to play games first.
