I WAS TOLD WHEN I BOUGHT MY GLASSES LAST YEAR FROM THE MALE MANAGER THAT I WOULD BE ALLOWED TO BRING THEM BACK TO THE STORE WITH ANY ISSUES AND PAY THE EXCHANGE FEE WITH A CURRENT CERTIFICATE. I JUST CALLED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD BY A MALE EMPLOYEE, “NOW I HAVE TO GO ON LINE BECAUSE CORPORATE CHANGED THEIR POLICY 3 MONTHS AGO BECAUSE THEY DO NOT LIKE IT WHEN CUSTOMERS DO THAT IN PERSON.” SO I EMAILED DEL SOL DIRECTLY AND WAS TOLD IT WAS UP TO THE STORE’S DISCRETION AND THEY DID NOT CHANGE THEIR POLICY. THIS STORE HAS NO CREDIBILITY AND HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL OTHER STORES ALL OVER THE WORLD AND HAVE NEVER BEEN LIED TO OR TREATED SO RUDELY LIKE THE JOHN’S PASS EMPLOYEE INCLUDING THE FEMALE OWNER. ALL THE OTHER STORES WERE WILLING TO EXCHANGE A PAIR OF GLASSES WITH A CURRENT CERTIFICATE AND PAYING THE FEE SINCE THEY CAN HANDLE IT IN STORE OR MAIL IT BACK TO CORPORATE. THE JOHN’S PASS STORE HAS OBVIOUSLY POOR TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT TO NOT ALLOW A LOCAL CUSTOMER TO REMAIN HAPPY FOR...

Visited a while back (Oct 2022) and was helped out by a wonderful lady named Teresa. She helped us pick an awesome souvenir shirt for our son. It has been washed and stain treated many times and still changes color in the sun. My husband and I also purchased sun glasses. She did talk us into them a bit and I was skeptical of the free replacement no matter what. Well last week at the beach My husband broke his and I lost mine to the waves. It took less then 5 mins to go online and replace our sunglasses. They should arrive within a week. I figured it was time to leave a review because everyone should know these products hold up to the test of time, wear and they really do back their no cost replacement guarantee. Absolute rip off. The shirts are generic, the workers are manipulative and will work your kids or will lie to get you to buy a shirt. Its cool when the color changes but as soon as you purchase the item and head outside you will immediately realized you got ripped off and the place is just a tourist/kid trap. Lady behind the desk that told me the shirt will continue to change colors once I left the store. It did. But it also rained that day and all the color changing ink bled out of the shirt all over my car and other belongings....
