Big Drop NYC - Miami — Local services in Miami Beach

I used to shop at Big Drop when I lived in NYC, I had no idea there was one down here in Miami. I went here yesterday for the first time. All I can say is they have the greatest selection of clothes, everything very trendy and in style right now, the same as their NY stores, I was helped by Jackie, she was amazing, I am very picky and she helped me for over an hour and was super patient with me too. Own many of their items, always had a good experience. Recently, however I finally moved back into the building and they sold me a damaged piece of merchandise. It was final sale and I’m not retail simple, but this is in pristine packaging so it obviously came that way. I didn’t even realise it was final sale.
