very aggressive and rude customer care. Went inside and within minutes was asked to leave the store due to me texting on my phone. I wasn’t in the store for a whole 3 minutes. I have no problem being followed around the store like they were doing due to myself working in downtown and understanding the theft issues that business go through but the profiling and mistreatment of a paying customer was very uncalled for.. very sad especially since all these once local shops in downtown are being priced out on rent etc due to a changing Downtown. TL; DR: Incredibly rude staff. I visited today 3-20-2019, around 11:30 A.M . I was looking to buy some tools, and asked for some pliers. We didn't even stay for over 5 minutes looking around when one of the staff told us that if we wouldn't buy anything, she needed the space to organize the merchandise (she wasn't carrying anything or organizing a thing) so she needed us to leave. After that the guy at the register told us that they were closing (yeah, different story) and that we could come tomorrow when we had anything to buy... so we told them that they wouldn't need to worry, because we will not...

The owner is a very rude and vile man who will try to overcharge you and abuses you when you don't buy at his price. Never buy anything that doesn't have a price on from this vile man. He tried to sell a flimsy little selfie stick that is probably about $5 for $30 to me and when I didn't buy it he got very abusive. I feel sorry for his poor wife wife who has to live with the abuse.
