I have never met a nicest business men like the owner of Smoke Shop in Downtown Miami.

This is a family business with the right customer service, full of knowledge and highly stuck with a wide variety of tabacco and pipes of all brand.

I was highly impressed by the time he takes explaining what is best for what you need, saving you tons of money. You can really feel the passion in helping you be totally satisfied.

The prices are lower than what I have seen online, making this store my life time pipe and tabacco store. I think if I move to any other place in the world, I will still be shopping here.

For the first time I felt like in the old times when customers were treated with hi respect.

One of my favourite cigar shops in Miami. Owner knows what is doing but mind you, he s always a good salesman so he tends to exaggerate cigars opinions. However he gives good advices and put the client always on top. Doesn't matter how many cigars you buy. One for 9 dollars or 50 for a thousand he treats you always well and invites you to have a smoke in the lounge that is in the shop. Andrew, the other salesman he s also very kind and knowledgeable.

Sometimes is empty and sometimes if full. If you have two or three clients in front be aware it could take a while.

They have an incredible collection of cigars. I'm a passionate of cuban ones and in this shop I find solid alternatives .

My go to place for a good quality smoke. I came into buy a my normal cigar (Padroń No. 4 Maduro) when I turn and stared down the barrel of high quality pen (Mont Blanc) which I ended up purchasing for a friend as a gift for a recent job promotion.
