I need to tell you about the lunch disaster I had today with New York Roma Pizza. I was really looking forward to it, but it turned out to be a total letdown. The chicken Alfredo I ordered was more like a bowl of chicken Alfredo soup, with water everywhere. And the mozzarella sticks? They were lukewarm at best.
But wait, it gets worse. The pizza arrived squished, and half of the cheese was glued to the top of the cardboard box! Can you believe it? I mean, seriously, talk about a lunchtime disaster. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from there again anytime soon.
Update 3/2/2024:
I received your response regarding my recent feedback, and I must say I am deeply disappointed by the dismissive tone and the attempt to shift blame onto third-party services. Your response implies that I am being dishonest about my experience, which is not only offensive but also entirely unacceptable.
Let me be clear: I ordered directly from your restaurant's website, and the issues I encountered were solely within your control. The water on the pasta and the mishandling of the order cannot be attributed to any third-party delivery service. Your attempt to deflect responsibility is insulting and does nothing to address the legitimate concerns I raised.
Furthermore, your suggestion to review the delivery driver's performance is misguided. As I explicitly stated, I ordered directly from your restaurant, and the responsibility lies squarely with your establishment to ensure the quality and timely delivery of orders.
I expected a genuine acknowledgment of the shortcomings in service and a sincere effort to rectify the situation. Instead, your response has only served to compound my dissatisfaction.
It is evident that your restaurant's hospitality and customer service standards fall far short of acceptable levels. I stand by my decision to share my experience and to refrain from patronizing your establishment in the future.
I urge you to reconsider your approach to customer feedback and to take meaningful action to address the issues raised. Simply put, customers should not be made to feel as though their concerns are invalid or unworthy...
Read moreWORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. THERE ARE SOME GOOD REVIEWS BUT READ ALL TO SEE HORRIBLE SERVICE. We ordered 4 different slices of pizza and garlic knots. Our hotel was a 10 minute WALK from the place but we were exhausted and ordered delivery. The food took over 2 hours and we called about 5-6 times asking where it was and the girl on the phone kept saying it was coming, we asked her to speak to the manager and she said there was no manager there. By the 6th call she told us our delivery driver had gotten in a car accident. After over 2 hours had passed our driver came and admitted he had not been in an accident. I demanded he call his manager to give us our food for free or discounted considering the wait and the terrible service we received over the phone. The driver told us he could only take $5 off of our $40 dollar bill. We brought the pizza back upstairs and we’re missing an entire slice and the other slice was the complete wrong kind. They were stacked all on top of each other on a paper plate inside a brown bag. They were soggy, cold, and absolutely disgusting, and of course the wrong order. I have never experienced service like this in my life, and it ruined our entire night as everything else was closed by the time we received our order. I am absolutely appalled and wish nothing but the worst for this...
Read moreStay as far away from this place as possible! Been here twice and it was an unacceptable experience both times. I thought the first time was a fluke, it wasn’t. On my latest visit I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich to go and was charged more than five dollars above the menu price. When I questioned the charge I was told that “the menu is wrong but this is the price you need to pay” and she gave me the change back (based on the inflated price). The sandwich (a cold sandwich, not toasted) took 20 minutes, had thick warm cheese, one thin slice of warm ham, wilted lettuce and soft old tomato. The only thing that was fresh enough to be served was the bread. Definitely not worth $13.00 or safe to serve guests. I should’ve went to Subway to begin with around the corner, less expensive, correctly advertised price and better quality.
The previous time that I was there the pizza took 45 minutes for a to go order when it was slow business. While the staff hung out in the back talking and laughing. Then had to be reminded by the front attendant to make the order after 20 minutes. The pizza was soggy and the ingredients seemed old also. Definitely nothing like NY...
