I am writing because of appalling experience with your worker Savannah. From the second my wife and I walked in (pink hair peircings) I felt profiled as she started staring at us. Then every item I picked up she rushed over and snatched from me to take to a fitting room without asking id I ever wanted a fitting room, treating me like I was going to steal? Not sure how to show my wife or build an outfit if every belt, top, and other accessories or shoes are snatched from me and ran off with. I was so upset I called and talked to a Mananger that night and was told I would be getting a call but as I have yet to receive one I went into the store today before I left my trip and talked to another manager (Dani) who ended up giving me the regional managers email to reach out. She then replied with four paragraphs of I’m sorry and that the girl is new and they will work on training better however nothing to ease my discomfort. I was there only a few months prior and found your store and bought a full outfit spent $170+ and was NOT treated like that. 10000% the best service and store!! I was visiting Nashville on my bachelorette trip and we were having a night out on the town! Needless to say, my bride dress that I had on was not having it!! I was having a panic attack because this night was going to be my bride to be night out! So I ran in Molly Green and told them I need a new dress that was bridal! When I say these girls were committed to finding me an outfit!! The level of service Dani, Ava, and Emma gave me was unbelievable!! I LOVED this store. If you’re heading to Broadway definitely stop by and see the wonderful staff here and bring your wallet! I was staying nearby for work for multiple weeks and wanted to shoutout the awesome girls who work at this shop. Amanda Danielle Abby and Ellen you all made my stay in Nashville so fun! They help you pick out outfits and hype you up while you shop. I highly recommend this store for the cute designs and the great clearance deals too!
