Crab Fever was so delicious we went here twice during our stay in Nashville! We started with the Cajun fries and split a bowl of clam chowder. The fries were super crispy, and the Cajun seasoning was awesome. The clam chowder was so great we ended up fighting over it ha-ha my husband ordered Combo #2 which comes with snow crab legs, shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage. He did Cajun sauce at a medium spicy level. I ordered the Make Your Own combo and added snow crab legs, New Zealand mussels, corn, potatoes, and sausage. I chose the garlic butter sauce at a spicy level of spice. (As someone who eats a ton of spicy food, I think the spicy levels were reasonable and not overwhelming; definitely not a problem for my husband who cannot do too much spice) It was absolutely amazing there wasn't a single morsel left once we were done. Our waitress was very sweet and accommodating. She made the perfect Bloody Marys to pair with our brunch boil. Overall, amazing Louisiana seafood with superb service and close enough to all the action you don't really have to go out of your way to make a stop in!

Crab Fever was a surprising HIT in Nashville! I went there for dinner and had Boil no. 1, which had a wonderful assortment of seafood with potatoes and corn. The medium Cajun seasoning was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend. If you want to put on some gloves and get a little messy, this is the meal for you! I also tried the shrimp with garlic butter seasoning, which was good for a lighter meal. The service was quick and friendly and the manager even came by the table and was very helpful. The atmosphere was pretty cool with a wall full of Sharpie’d names of people who went there. There was also a crab and lighthouse on and against the wall. The initial vibe seemed like it might be lower quality food, but my assumptions were quickly destroyed by all the amazing food I ate. Overall, 5 STARS!!

First time to the area and to Crab Fever. The items in the boil are cooked separately then added to a bag with sauce. As a result the items lacked flavor. It should be customary to ask guests if they want to eat their boil in a bag or for it to be dumped on the platter. Manager was willing to remake my drink (mojito) as it came out heavy on the lime which was greatly appreciated. Manager also did a great job turning one of the drinks into a mocktail though its not a request received often. Waiter, Derrick, did a great job checking on our table while he was also working a party of 14 (seated after us thank goodness)!! We decided that we would go back but would try other items (individual entries) on the menu rather than sharing the ultimate boil (4-5lbs seafood).

Worst Ever I was looking forward to eating at Crab Fever with much enthusiasm and hunger. It was my anniversary and my spouse and I are seafood addicts, needless to say we were so excited about eating there that we waited all day to eat. Upon arriving we were told there was a 15 to 20 min wait. The wait resulted in over 50 minutes. Once seated I was presented with a drink menu which included alcoholic beverages. I asked for a bottle of wine to celebrate the occasion and the waitress stated the restaurant did not have license to serve. No problem, but why did she give me the drink menu with the impression i could order a drink. The next problem was we waited another 30 mins for an appetizer, when others that were seated after us had received their meal. I asked another waitress if she could check on our dinner and she was compassionate and stated she noticed we had not been served. In the meantime our waitress returned to the table and stated she was directed to not return to the kitchen to inquire about our dinner. I asked her to get the manager and when he finally arrived after 10 mins., he sated he would check with the kitchen. He left the table, while we waited another 20 mins. My wife politely stated to the manager we had been there almost 2 hours and were finally receiving our dinner. The manager was unapologetic and stated, "you have your food now."

If this were the last seafood restaurant on earth i would not return. I'd rather learn how to fish. I arrived there hungry and left hungry. At least if i knew how to fish i would never be hungry again. We left there and went to Saltines across the street and were treated like royalty. Quality customer service is the key to a successful business. My fever for Crab Fever has been broken and i will never visit this...

If you are looking for a great seafood place with a wonderful vibe look no further. Me and my family used to eat at crab fever. Where the blue abyss is now we seen the name changed and decided to give it a try (glad we did) upon walking in we was greeted with a smile so big and introduced to the staff husband wife and daughter who all are amazing!!! Erika (wife) came and got our drinks took our order using only her brain. That's talented bc we are a picky eaters 😂!! I was surprised when the husband (B) came to the table with our food it was all correct. When I say we had the absolute best service. They brought all the necessary utensils out for our boil as well as tucked our napkins in. I felt like a queen but let’s get into how flavorful the boil was it was so juicy and flavorful cooked to Perfection. After we got finished eating we was showed a tour of the place they have a very nice party room set up upstairs with a bar. It’s very nice not quite finished yet but it’s almost there. We paid our bill and asked for dessert and my husband was sold at cheesecake when I tell u this cheesecake is to die for omg flavorful and he lights it bc it has some special ingredients and flavors almost like a bananas foster 😮 Immaculate taste overall this place is a 10/10 for us and we will definitely...

My boyfriend and I found this place online and decided to try it out for our anniversary. Upon arrival we noticed the restaurant wasn’t very busy but was told it would be 5-10 minutes. No problem, I work in the industry and understand there’s a reason for them not seating those open tables. After 15 minutes went by I went to check and see how long the wait would be- I was informed another party that walked in after us was sat ahead of us so it would be another 10 minutes. Again trying to be understanding, we wait an additional 30 minutes before I went up and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. I pushed back a little because again, there were several tables open on the floor and we had been waiting 40 minutes at this point. We were finally sat, waited 15 minutes to have our drink order taken and after our food order was taken our server only came by to drop the bill.

A bill mind you that was close to $200 for the two of us. I don’t usually write reviews and I try to be understanding but this was an expensive dinner and we felt nothing was done to make up for the first hour of our experience here.

The food was good just make sure you have 2 hours for a Monday dinner out and don’t go in starving because you may...
