Besides the nostalgia I have to admit this place is highly secured! Live Secuirty on site, and Secuirty also watching cameras live. This place has cameras and two way microphones that can communicate with staff remotely with live Secuirty guards on watch of the CCTV systems.

Literally heard over the PA system a guard asking the front Cashier if everything was ok…I have to admit that was pretty epic. I mean did I feel more safe? No, did It make me think this place gets robbed all the time? Absolutely, but compared to NYC bodegas and deli’s in the hood this place is top of the line.

Someone call the mayor of nyc and set up this Secuirty system in all stores we need...

From the moment I stepped through those automatic doors, I knew I was in for an experience unlike any other. The fluorescent lighting? A beacon of hope! The neatly stacked shelves? A testament to human ingenuity!

And the selection? Don't even get me started. I mean, where else can you find laundry detergent, discount candy, and a garden gnome all under one glorious roof? It's a symphony of savings, a ballet of bargains, a veritable wonderland of wonderfulness!

But the real magic of this Dollar General lies in its staff. Each and every employee greeted me with a smile so genuine, it could melt the polar ice caps. They were helpful, they were courteous, they were the epitome of Southern hospitality. I left that store feeling like I had made new friends, and also like I had just won the lottery. So if your looking for a quick snack or beverage during the work week or maybe your trying to snag some beer at the last minute on a Saturday night. The DGX in Nashville is an okay place to do that, sure. It's very convenient but unfortunately the lines there can be very long but along with that I can say they move effectively. Secondly, the crowd that can gather outside the store will and has been a definite deterrent as well. Third, there are a lot of shoplifters that openly steal from that store so watch your belongings! And last thing I'd like to throw in there is that Id appreciate it if the employees would practice a little more professionalism while at work. They get the job done, yes. But...
