Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. This is really disappointing because I never like to leave bad reviews but unfortunately negative experiences as bad as this one needs to be shared. Save yourself money and time by skipping this salon. I was on vacation and saw this shop which looked super cute inside. Decided to get my nails done on my trip. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. The woman doing my nails was extremely unprofessional and rude to me and to her boss. The entire 2 hours I spent there was super uncomfortable because she was shouting at seemingly her boss telling him it [wasn’t her shop and why should she care] other things of that nature. She seemed to be joking but it was super loud as it was across the entire store and also just uncomfortable for me and my mom as the customer. She was also unprofessional in the way she did my nails as well. She drilled off my previous set super sloppily to the point where it burned me and ruined my natural nails. They are now bendy and thin where they used to be strong. Also, she was super rude in asking me what I wanted (or lack of) because I showed her a picture and asked if she could do something like what I showed her and she said ā€œI don’t know what you see so I don’t know what you wantā€ it was just a bit unsettling because she’s the ā€œprofessionalā€. She also did not bother asking me what shape I wanted. I had asked her opinion and was met with an off attitude where it was short and snappy and unhelpful. I was honestly too shocked to say anything so I kept my mouth shut because I don’t like to cause trouble. My pedicure was horrible. She had done it first so it would dry in time but it seems like the top coat application was just not right because there is no shine to the polish, and it has already chipped after one day. Design wise… she had assured me she could do ā€œaura nailsā€ like what I had shown her but the application was— for lack of better words— a complete joke. She used her finger to apply the ā€œdesignā€ and it just looks so sloppy and splotchy and amateur. I’m being completely honest here. It’s much worse the more I look at it. To make it all so much worse, for the horrible nail prep (ruined my nails) and the horrible design and polish application, she charged $137 in total for everything. I was flabbergasted and went to check the receipt and it turns out I was charged and extra $30 dollars for the ā€œdesignā€ and an extra $10 for the chipped pedi, which was put on the menu as $30 but ended up being $40. This is extremely disappointing and a waste of money and time. I agreed to the price in the end so that’s on me. But the unprofessionalism from this woman as well as her complete lack of knowledge on how to actually do nails is just so shocking to me. Most disturbing nail experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been to many salons. Please skip until they do some training on service and maybe hire people who actually know how to do a manicure because I can not be more serious with you when I say that some of her techniques were so unorthodox like I had never seen anything like it. It’s almost funny.

Discovered Eva Nail Salon one evening after leaving the Eliza Jane, my friend and I were drawn in by its cute vibe and met Jazzy outside, who was incredibly sweet. That first visit was mixed: my pedicure was flawless, but the nail work fell short. I decided to give it another try months later and was thrilled to see Jazzy back behind the counter because she’d left for a while. Unfortunately, the tech I was paired w| didn’t seem confident with gel-x, questioned my choice repeatedly, and left me with uneven nails. One even popped off within three days, the attempted fix was mismatched and messy. The prices are also higher, I’m assuming since it’s located in the CBD; however, the work does not reflect the service price. I adore Jazzy, but the techs clearly need more training. Sadly, I won’t be returning. Pictures are from when this salon just opened.

I walked in a young lady. Ask me what I need. I told her pedicure manicure, and she was very loud when she called her co-worker and the other lady prepared the water. It don't look like a professional to me also. I wasn't happy with the service. I told her more than once if she can cut my nail lil shorter, but after that I feel like wasting my time so when I was leaving I was trying to be generous so I left the tip but i guess it wasn't enough tip for her. she looked at the receipt and then she touched her co-worker. She pointed at the receipt and they looked at me and I told myself never again. I just walked out, and I didn't say anything. But the store is beautiful inside but the service is no thanks šŸ˜” may be that's why I was the only customer This picture is after 6 hour later when i change my clothes still not dry

I came in not too long ago last minute & they still serviced me. The girls are so sweet and I was so impressed by the customer service and how pretty the nail shop was so I was excited to get my nails done there. I was excited for nothing because my nails look HORRIBLE. The shape is horrendous, one pinky nail is longer than the other, my nails look like press ons (I got acrylic) and the french tips are all uneven. I paid $133 for ONLY my nails just to hate them and be stuck with them. I did tell the technician I like them before I got the opportunity to really look at them when I got home. She was super super sweet, I can’t compliment her enough on her energy. I just hate my nails. I won’t be back at all.

UPDATE: PLEASEEEEEE AVOID this place. Someone replied to this review 3 days ago asking for more feedback & it’s already been posted for a good month and a half at this point. I’ve sent several emails before they replied that have been ignored. This morning I called to speak with the owner who owns the barbershop next door as well & he was the WORSE. He was sooo rude. He basically told me to call the police to get a refund & kept asking why it took so long to reach out as if I hadn’t sent several emails & wrote the review not long after my service. It’s not my fault y'all ignore your customers. He also called me a liar & told me I shouldn’t have posted a bad review. I can’t believe this man is running businesses especially in the SERVICE industry with an attitude like that. PLEASE DON’T GO TO...

Would give 0 stars if I could.

Monday 2/24 at 1pm i booked a 330pm appt with the owner for a fill-in. Took an Uber, arrived at 320, was greeted with hostility after waiting for 5 minutes. Informed the staff I had an appointment and immediately the only available nail tech got super rude and was loudly saying she wasn't going to take me because she was leaving and didn't know anything was booked.

After a few more minutes of standing around I was told I could wait 45 minutes or come back later because the extra nail tech who was supposed to take me had not returned.

After speaking with the owner to resolve this they agreed to reimburse my Uber costs for this issue and were sent invoices and said they would send payment. As of 2/26 they have not sent anything and are now ignoring me.

Super unprofessional operation from the entire staff and would not recommend especially if you are visiting from...
