If I can, I put no star for this company delivery people. Beginning of this year, I need to move, I found a company for moving already, but My friend recommended this company to me and said how good they are. Therefore I canceled the other one I found, and call this company for service; then a nightmare starts, at the date of moving, 2 deliver people came 45 mins late with a small truck, an older guide said that you have so many things to move, I told him that I already send a list to his company, you need to add $100.00 more for moving, can you image that I set up everything in schedule, now he request $100.00 more for moving, I couldn’t change to the other date, everything had to be timing, I bear with it, moving at the middle, an old guide around 50 years old, he said he couldn’t move all things in one time, I need to pay 1 more trip for moving, I was very upset with this company, I told him you had move the big furniture, they only help me move half of my stuff, at the end, an old guide ask me to paid the ticket for their truck due to moving. My friend told me don’t fright with him, and paid for their ticket $180.00, finally I paid original delivery fee $500.00 + extra fee $100.00 + Ticket $180.00 + tips $100.00, total I pay $880.00 for this moving. It is more than the company I found before. by the way the old guide can't move the item such regular refrigerator and stove, he needed my friend helped him, I really don’t recommend this company. Read moreSo I called them and made a reservation for moving 4 days ago at today 1:30pm for moving, when I call again today to kinda confirm with the reservation, they told me it will be a little late due to the rain which is understandable so I said ok then til 1:50 they still didn’t show up so I call them again then they told it will need another 2 more hours. That’s very unacceptable, I don’t understand how they could run a business like that , if they can’t do it. At least give me a heads up early , not the last second when I call to tell me there will be a 2 hours “little bit late” I will say don’t trust this company at all coz you never know if that will happen to you, I make this appointment for my friend and they have everything plan out at the first of July to move into a place and now is all screwed up.at the end told me have to wait til 5:00, from 1:30 to 5:00. That made me have to drop my work for an hour to find my friend another mover that it’s super busy, I called almost 20 other companies and finally found 1 that can do but still have to wait til 4:30 from 2:30, this company screwed up my day and my friend’s day

I have to say I felt relieved after contacting Happy Moving company, their fees are very reasonable and offer HIGH flexibility, we had to change our moving date/time multiple times, and they are very accommodative, it was pleasant talking to the boss (I presume). They came a little late, but with 4 movers, they were really fast and were able to move all of our stuff out of our apt building before our allotted time ends. Aside from the small incident, I said the overall experience was pleasant, they seemed professional, head guy was really fast in dissembling and assembling our couch (which my previous mover took a long time to do the same).
