7-Eleven — Local services in New York

They were beyond rude. I came into this store all the time to buy things. I literally work around the corner. Today, I decide to go in the store to grab the smallest cup of ice which I did not know I had to pay for it. Bottom line the service of the employees were out of this world. You do not come out the store and scream “stealer” to embarrass someone like that. Let alone it is thanksgiving. They really tried to embarrass me over a 50 cent ice cup. It is literally pathetic. Please do not shop...

Most terrible 7/11 in NYC. They go by their own rules and pick and choose what deals they want to put out. They said that a large is the same size as a big gulp because they didn’t want to give the .99$ promotion for a big gulp size. That’s not right. The managers and employees should be FIRED. Worst 7 eleven i been too Lazy workers....refused to play lottery machines All slurpee machines broken And workers rude...i was told by both workers they were new and didnt know how to use lotto machine...really? An owner who leaves 2 new employees by themselves in a busy neighboorhood... Not buy buyiing it.....chalk it up to lazy and wont stop here again Plus a new worker rude?
