This is a warning from me to everybody else, stay far away from this company. This company basically hires anyone and appoint anyone as account manager. The 229 West 36th Street Allied Universal office needs to be shut down. All of the account managers and HR personnel cover for each other whenever they make ridiculous mistakes and accusations towards the security officers.

Andrea Williams is unprofessional, unethical, has poor communication skills, a bully and miserable. She is completely not management material. She speaks to people in a very disrespectful and unethical manner. At times a relief will be 20-30 minutes late and she won't bother to contact you. If you contact her through text, she won't respond and when you call her, she speaks unbelievably rude and disgraceful. Andrea needs to be removed from the company. Whoever appointed her as account manager was a ridiculous and unintelligent move on their part. The real mystery is why is Andrea still an account manager because she has no manners and miserably represent herself as account manager and an employee of Allied Universal.

Mohamed Doumbouya is another manager at Allied Universal. He's Arrogant and rude over the phone but won't do that in person at the office when he's around his coworkers.

John Kocostos is another no good account manager, He will leave you in the dark and will not tell you anything, even when a client decides to part ways with Allied Universal. Plus he's just as rude as well over the phone but won't even try to do that to your face when he's around his fellow coworkers as well.

Overall this company and the account managers don't care about anyone but themselves, treats people like slaves, has no morals and simpathy. Report this company as much...

When one feels like they do not have a voice it’s not a great feeling . When staff does not do their work and their duties are thrown on other departments , when other staff members are married, dating, or related to higher ups or other staff members and they are allowed to leave early , leave early to go their second jobs and have parking privileges when others do not because of favoritism and nepotism and can not speak about it because of fear that things will get worst . The ones in charge that you can grieve to tell the whole office ! There’s no privacy and women are treated lesser than men and payed less than the men for same job and worked harder on purpose . It’s a shame . They over whelm you and call it multitasking . They help you but talk behind your back . They make stories up and because they have other business and relations with directors and managers etc your cries are not taken seriously and you get in trouble they run good people away the company has a high turn over rate because of this . The jealousy , childishness, on purpose frustrating employees that are professional needs to stop. And with that is for admin and hr personnel should stay with their dept. It’s really a shame how people act . The time set from the top spills onto each site and thats why the employees have no respect at sites they come late and do what they want it’s because they are treated that way...

Watch out for this company & their crooked ways. Especially watch out for Account Manager Roger Brown, and his egomaniac ''boss'' Lee Cousins. Two pervs that play the game dirty. Not sure about other AB offices but this office is full of people that is only there to benefit themselves. They do not care about their employees. They have favorites, and will put their favorites ahead of those that been working for them for years. They will lie on you, & cover each others asses, right or wrong. Do not trust this company. It was a waste of time. I once had an Account Manager name Wayne Dixon, he was cool & will give hours but that's as far as it goes. Got switched to Roger Brown, & that's when everything went wrong. He can't even handle all his accounts. He has a stick up his ass. He will praise you behind close doors, but in the eyes of his ''boss'' Lee Cousins, he will not say a word. Lee Cousins is a fool that do not know how to talk to people as if they are adults. Instead he like to yell, and shout like a madmen, and try to bash you on things that are not even accurate. He like to walk around smiling at the young girls and flirt, and such but will look at you sideways, and ill-faced if you are not categorize as that or if you are a Lesbian. If I had a choice, I will not even give them a 1 star. It will save you the trouble to not even work for them. Better off working...
