Read moreTerrible communication from this company. I had a claim filed almost a year ago and there has been zero progress. I’m told that I’ll be contacted soon then months pass by. How complicated can it possibly be to inform your customers of what’s going on? Then I go to cancel my policy a few months ago and payments are still taken out. My insurance broker has gone back and forth in circles trying to finalize the cancellation. 5 months to finalize a cancellation?

Read moreVery disappointed. Please make sure not to sign up as auto pay with this company. I have send the email in advance to stop the auto pay and cancel the policy. No response from the company and on the due date they took the money out. I cancelled the policy in advance of the expiration date and they still took the money out of my bank account. I notified my agent about it too and he also mentioned that he cancelled the policy.
Now I'm waiting for a refund from the company for couple of days...
