I couldn't believe this place sold the exact bedroom set we were looking at for much cheaper and offered free delivery. When we first moved into our original house, my parents bought us a beautiful bedroom set made by Alf Italia. The quality of the furniture was incredible and offered a nice modern touch. Unfortunately, the only place we knew that offered this brand of furniture was at a Chinese furniture shop in Brooklyn. Fast forward to present, we are looking to upgrade to a king size bedroom set for our new house. We went back to the furniture store in Brooklyn, but the manager stated we need to order more items to get a price break, as just ordering the headboard and frame would be over $2300+ and we had to pick it up! We initially didn't know what brand our original bedroom set was, but we knew it was from the store in Brooklyn and it was made in Italy. I was able to snap , a couple photos, and identified the brand and model of the bedroom set we liked. A simple Google search revealed Canal Furniture stocked the same bedroom set! Not only was it cheaper, but they offered free shipping! We went with the Versilia with two nightstands, which came out cheaper than if we just ordered the headboard and frame from the store in Brooklyn. Customer service was VERY RESPONSIVE in the chat. Highly recommend buying from this place! Delivery personnel were very careful in moving from their truck to my garage. Will definitely buy from Canal...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – Unreliable Service, Unsafe Delivery, and No Accountability

I strongly advise against using this company. Despite the appearance of positive reviews, I suspect they are being selectively managed or filtered.

I placed a special order in February and was told it would take 3 months. However, the item was not delivered until mid-June — over 4 months later — with no communication or updates regarding the delay.

When the furniture finally arrived, it was severely damaged. Worse, during delivery, the team dropped the dolly, and it struck my 1-year-old daughter in the head. They assured me that corporate would follow up promptly to address both the damaged item and the incident involving my child. I was completely ignored for weeks.

When I finally reached someone — over a week ago — they informed me that a replacement would take another 3 months. Later, they contacted me again, only to state that they would not offer any compensation for the delay, damage, or the injury incident. Instead, they offered a refund as if it were a favor, with a dismissive attitude.

This company lacks professionalism, transparency, and basic customer care. Delayed timelines, poor communication, unsafe delivery practices, and refusal to take responsibility make this a truly...

I do NOT recommend doing business with this company. Bad customer service. Pictures online dont match with the delivered products. We bought the dining table and the color dont match with what shown online. They refused to help and charged high fee so we couldn't return it. NEVER do business with this company. Not sure if all positive reviews are real. Stay away to save you time, energy and money

Updated: the response below from this place tells you that they never took a look at my case. I never said the color dont match with my existing chairs. Its not the color of the product they advertise.
