Crowning Laundromat — Local services in New York

Clean, friendly staffs, decently priced compared to others in the area, couldn't ask for more. You can see lots of dry cleaners in the neighborhood, but they send the clothes to other place to wash and fold, and don’t know at all about your clothes. The reason why I prefer to drop off at Crowning laundromat, they will let me know how to wash my clothes better immediately, and they take care of my clothes if it can’t be putting to the dryer. No extra charge for hang dry( means clothes air dry only). No extra charge for same day service. So amazing...

Super friendly and helpful staff. I was visiting from out of town and I didn’t know how to get the washer started. She kindly and politely came over to offer me the help I needed.

Also, one of her customers forgot some cash on top of the change machine. She wasn’t quite sure who it belonged to so she put it behind the counter. When a customer returned to move his clothes from the washer to a dryer, she asked him about it and returned the money to him. He was pleased to get it back.

It's so difficult to have a nice self-service and drop-off laundromat in the city. I've been doing my laundry here for years, I have never had a problem with them. And I see how the staff working here. They are always helpful for the customers, but some customers are so rude and without any respect, doesn't matter how the staff explained to them, they just did what they wanted, they didn't follow the rules at all.
