This is awesome! Looks great - staff is awesome except the pharmacy. Stood in the pick up line for 10 minutes and thought the pharmacist was on a break, left, saw the pharmacy hours and its still not break time for them. Went back, the pharmacist was on her computer but this time talking to someone who was being taken care of - I stood there for 20 minutes while the person she was taking care of was talking to her about her son going to Norway and pharmacist stoped work to talk about her son and how she has three jobs and her son is getting three degrees - computer science, finance, etc cant remember the last one and now I know all this useless information. Great! After 30 minutes of this constant chatter she asked if I was waiting for pick up and I was like ???? Been waiting here in the pick up line forever, I am obviously waiting for pickup. I took 3 seconds. Left CVS furious. Pharmacist should take her job more seriously instead of stopping work to tell her life story when she isn’t on a break. I do want to give five stars and a shout out to Jonathan, for an amazing customer service, while it looked like he was basically managing the store by himself. I had called about photos that needed to be printed. Jonathan answered my call and informed me of how long I could expect to be on hold while he looked into whether my photos were printing. While on hold, I realize my photos were already printed and hung up. He went as far is calling me back to let me know my photos were printed. When I came to the store to pick up my photos, Jonathan was juggling between customer service requested at the aisles, one theft (someone literally ran out with item in hand and he ran after), and he still managed to come back to me and give me my photos in a timely manner. He should be paid overtime for the effort he’s putting in working alone...
Read moreI have been coming to this store since it’s grand opening and I never had an issue until today , as usual I went to buy dog food and decided to pick up something to eat from the frozen section . I was asked by an employee if I needed help but this wasn’t your normal helpful employee. This employee looked me up and down with a very nasty look on his face which made me extremely uncomfortable. After deciding to pick up a box of hot pockets , this employee then proceeded to follow me to the self check out station . While I was ringing up my two items , he decided to start touching my self check out screen when I was looking for my membership card in my bag. i look forward to speaking to someone in management about this .
