Cross streets are West End Avenue and tenth avenue. The building is made out of glass and steel. It was built in 2007. It has thirty-five or forty floors. On the third floor, there is a gym. An outdoor area that faces the back of the building. It has grass, tables and chairs. There is an indoor swimming pool that's open from 6:00AM to 10:00 or 11:00AM, and it reopens from 3:00PM to 10:00PM. It is a three lane sixty foot lap pool. On one side of the room is a hot tub, and on the other side of the room is a kiddie pool. There is a lounge. It has two couches, a tiny kitchen in it, a television, a pool table, and a foosball table. There is another bigger outdoor area that faces the front of the building. It has grass, tables, and chairs, and a playground for children. Right next door to the lounge is an indoor children's playroom. Loved this building from the moment I saw it. It's a beautiful building in a beautiful neighborhood. My apartment has a great view and the light just streams in. The pool is really great too, since I can't run anymore. I've got nothing bad to say about...
