Just had the worst beard trim of my life in the most uncomfortable barber shop chair I’ve ever sat in. I told the receptionist I wanted a beard trim with straight razor shave to clean the lines, face, and neck. She said no problem. Wait 10 minutes for the barber only to find out she doesn’t do straight razor on the neck. I should have left then but didn’t. The next pillow on the chair is too think so my neck was bent backwards the entire time in an uncomfortable position. The barber used a machine only on the neck so of course my lines were not even. In addition, the minor straight razor shave on my face lines was done without shaving cream or even water. Never had a dry shave in my life before. Finally, I was offered a wet towel to “finish the service”, to which I informed that this usually happens first to open the face up before a shave. I guess they don’t know. Told the receptionist most of this, not even an offer to reduce the overpriced trim. Overall never had such a bad beard trim...

Easily the worst haircut experience ever. Needed a trim on short noticed so saw this location around the corner, decided to try it out.

First asked for a caesar -- I barely have any hair to begin with, $55 dollars. I can live with that, place looks semi-respectable.

Then, we get to the haircut itself. I intentionally ask, for the simplest haircut possible to reduce any complications -- no line up, no blade, slight tapper, shave my face. We found a way to screw that up -- there were about 3 shades of hair on the top of my head and the man did a hack job on the back of my neck, resulting in the worst bumps I've ever received from a haircut.

First time I needed to schedule a visit to the dermatologist to make sure it didn't get infected.

While this problem is likely isolated with my barber, I will never step foot in this location again. Basic cleaning and hair trimming skills are clearly...

Been a loyal client here for a long time and wouldn’t recommend it for the amount it costs to come here. Each time I’ve only gotten average service. They’re also unreasonably strict about cancellations/late which sometimes happen due to unforeseen events (work, life) and then turn around and will make you wait 15 mins for your appointment when you are on time. I just wasted $80 on fees because I had a last minute work conflict, I’ve given this salon HUNDREDS of dollars in both haircuts and tips yet they won’t help you out when you have an unforeseen conflict.

The literally only pleasant thing about going here is Emily’s attitude, but is absolutely not worth $85 + tip. Probably...
