Customer service is non-existent which is usually pretty consistent with nyc area. “Order or Pickup” is all you’re greeted with, not even a hello. Not a single employee has an attitude that’s friendlier then an “I don’t want to be here” demeanor. Orders for pick up are supposed to be ready after 9am. If you come at 845am to try and pick up no-one will even entertain looking for it thought obviously it’s already in the store. Grainger in general’s prices are 20% higher then the next most expensive option, availability is the only thing they have going for them. Overall horrible experience every single time, I only use thus Grainger out of necessity otherwise I’d avoid it...
Read morePlaced a $4000 order and confirmed materials were in stock at the store. After the order was placed, (days) I was sent an email that part of the order was ready. Sent a rep to pick up the supplies and recieved 4 of 41 pieces and told balance ready by end of week.
End of week came and another email came with another partial order ready to pick up. Called and was told that 20 were ready and the balance would be Dec 1.
