I have been with Jenny since 2017 and with her closing their previous clinic due to covid, at 38 I always make sure I take good care of my skin and so I was on hunt for a new spot.

Tried and went to different ones but nothing satisfies me like Glam-amor specifically Jenny. And so, lock down was lifted and she opened her new spot and there I am running for her services. For a year, I’ve been used for my procedures to being kind a drag and usually drawn out by a long wait, unsatisfied, and inefficient service etc. But hey, not here, they are fabulous. And here’s why:

Great location. I live in Queens and travelling to her spot is very convenient because you got all train access from the 36th Herald Sq Station.

They invest in good people. Jenny is amazing. She is very knowledgeable, understands what her clients needs, and what treatments she should be offering. She is very lighthanded and handles every procedure painless free as much as possible that sometimes I dont even need the numbing beforehad. She takes all the time to answer all my questions and makes sure I’m happy with all her services.

This place is amazing. I am truly impress with how Jenny handles my procedures. She has been taking care of my skin (infact, my whole body literally 😅) since 2017. From Ultherapy to laser hair removal to Emsculpt and the results were instantaneous and dramatic. It’s end result is that my skin looks gosh-damn amazing and abs is showing up too.👌🏻

I don’t wear make up most of the time and I love to have my skin in a condition that I do not feel compelled to cover it up with foundation. And If I do, when occasion needs it, I like how it glides and absorbs easily to my skin. Anyways, I love how my skin is bright and glowing when I stepped out of the bedspa and looked in the mirror. I only have slight redness to sometime zero redness at all! The pores on my nose were visibly smaller. My complexion is plumped and bouncy and the look of glass skin is extra! There’s a new glow into it. and with the overall result and compliments that I’ve been getting with their microneedling, Ultherapy, RF, Carbon peel, name it… I will definitely be going back for more. I’ve tried it, love it and have availed of all of their packages.💯 That’s how much I love there services. 💜

The short: This business is so unprofessional it has taken hours of my life just to try to reverse the mistake of buying a groupon for here.

The long: I purchased a groupon for a facial service here. This was the start of a month long nightmare. First, I was unable to get an appointment. The website has a scheduling ability, but after you book an appointment for an open time, you must wait for it to be confirmed. The first appointment after a few days was refused and I received an email that said only that the appointment was not accepted. I tried again and the website ---after even longer--- told me that the appointment had expired. I tried emailing the address given, no response. I left a message on the voicemail. After four days, someone called me back and I was able to make the appointment. Then the day of the appointment, I waited around 20 minutes in an empty lobby area. The receptionist and myself were the only people there and the place smelled heavily of bleach. Once the technician arrived, I asked to speak with her. I told her that due to the unprofessional set-up from scheduling to that moment, I did not feel comfortable going forward. She told me I'd have to contact groupon for a refund. Sigh. I, then, began a journey with groupon customer service where I tried to get them to issue a refund. They refused because of a three day window for refunds. I tried to explain why I wasn't even able to make an appointment within that three day window, but I was not successful. Ultimately, I had to contest the charge with my credit card company in order to try to remedy the situation. Save your skin and...
