The customer service in this store is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I ordered a hat in-store and was told it would be delivered there for pickup. A week later, I received an email saying the hat had arrived. When I got to the store, the employee told me the wrong hat was ordered. I said fine, here’s my number — return it and get the correct one.
Another week goes by, and when I come back, the same hat is still sitting in the box — not even returned. Lazy employees, no urgency, and the store feels more like a hangout spot than a place of business. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of nonsense.

So rude! I guess here in New York not all but a lot of people from here it's really rude. What this people forget is that without customers, there is ...
