Print Mor — Local services in New York

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PRINT JOBS. They lie and mislead. I sent them a print job on Feb 11. After many excuses they kept taking jobs on their website but 3 weeks later asked me to go t a FedEx or UPS because they were having issues with print jobs that were getting delayed. Their website says "rush custom printing same-day". Do not believe it. 3 weeks later, multiple emails and calls later, I still don't have my project. Please go elsewhere. Which is a shame because the first time I spoke to someone else, I got my portfolio printed and bound the same day. But speak to Victor, and he just isn't friendly and keeps making excuses. And please don't believe his response. I granted two email IDs access but he just kept making excuses and never printed my job. He is saying I didn't give him access but I did, both his email IDs. If that were the case it was simply remedied. Instead he said, sorry we are backed up after 3 weeks. I am taking my job to Copyland Center in the same neighborhood. And no I am not yelling, my letters aren't all caps. If you are going to make claims online about running a business but purely misleading customers, that is not acceptable. Edited to add: Copyland gave me my portfolio the same evening. Too bad I wasted my time...

Impeccable and responsive! They do what say and get stuff done in a timely and efficient way. You might be able to get things done a little bit cheaper but certainly not better, nor more reliably nor in better quality!

Here is my story: I urgently needed same day business cards. I had initially chosen to put an order with a large chain store who had promised "order by 2, pick same day" ... disaster followed: 1 hour after placing the order, I got an email that the cutting machine had broken down, and my order was sent out with an expectation to get to me 48 hrs later. I proceeded to cancel the order at the Staples (uuups, did I just say which bad store it was) location and asked for a refund. I was told they could cancel but for a refund I had to call customer service ... smh! I was in a store ... anyway, now in a scramble I found Print Mor, placed the order, checked back with them if all was in good order and 45 mins later I got an email that my order was ready for pick up ! Could not have gone better with...

I had a great experience with Print Mor. The owner is Victor. I needed business cards made up for an event I had the following week. Victor was able to put a rush on the order. I basically left him a copy of my business card that I needed more of with my name on it. I emailed him the copy of our company logo, which he was able to use for the card. Victor and his team at Print Mor had my cards ready in a matter of days! I left him the card on Friday around 12PM and Tuesday Morning the next week they were ready for pick up. I'd highly recommend Print Mor out of any of the other print shops in the lower Manhattan area. Yes, I did call other shops and Victor and his team had them beat not only with price, but time and overall courtesy. I do hope this guides new users looking for a good print shop in the right direction to Print Mor.. Victor def hooked it up.... and the cards were completed a day earlier than expected which was nice especially being I was leaving very early Thursday morning. ...
