No AC. No windows. High pressure sales. No exit from bus and stops labeled incorrectly. This actually sucked. Apparently this bus tour competes with other similar companies who have been at it longer based on reviews. So we were locked downstairs on a bus whose stops aren’t the same as they advertise. We literally sat 30 minutes in a bus stuck in traffic to take us 1/10th of a mile past the stop advertised then had to walk back to where we were supposed to get off. They wouldn’t let us out. The AC doesn’t work. And it was 95 degrees in bus...

If I could give you zero stars I would. We were told the tour was $39 and it was actually $59. We were put on the bus and it was pouring rain and we’re supposed to go to the ferry. We got off and did not even do the ferry Because we were outside in the pouring rain. Totally disappointing and will try to get a refund. These people are not legit, nor honest,...
