I booked a 75min massage last week here. Went in with no expectations and was greatly surprised! My masseuse was kind yet to the point. She asked me where my tight spots were and how the pressure was, but otherwise did not try to chat during my massage (unlike at some other places). This was the first time in a LONG time that I was actually able to relax. I almost fell asleep!

I was even ~10mins away (due to subway delays, yet again) and the staff were incredibly understanding. It was very easy to let them know I was running late since when they confirm your appointment, they text your phone, so I just sent them a message and they responded immediately, telling me they would see mw when I got there.

I had a Groupon for this place so I called to make an appointment. They refused to honor my Groupon (it was not expired), simply telling me they no longer were doing business with Groupon because "Groupon is a scam." If that is the case, then they should not be selling on Groupon. I shared this and the employee kept repeating the same thing like a robot "we are not doing business with Groupon." I shared that they needed to include this on their website, so that other consumers wouldn't be in the same position as me in the future. Been here over a dozen times and love it. Always clean and peaceful (sometimes there's street noise but 34th is pretty busy always so not their fault). I usually get the deep tissue 60 min which is always worth it. I rarely get the same masseuse but they generally all do the same thing - shoulders, back, butt, legs, arms, neck, and very lightly scalp. They wipe down any oil they put. Sometimes they use rocks. You can specify body parts that you want them to focus on. Prices are moderate for the area - I've been to cheaper places but I think this place is worth the lil extra cost. I usually book on classpass as they have lots of availability for this...
