I was first very impressed with this store and its cute jewellery. Only to be let down a couple of weeks later when a stone fell out of my ring. I had only worn the ring a handful of times and hadnât knocked it on anything. After reaching out to the customer service, was told I would have to pay myself to have the ring shipped back so they could look at repairing it. I was visiting NYC as a tourist, as Iâm sure are a lot of their clientele. I went back and forth via email a couple of times but still was only offered the solution of paying to ship the ring to them to look at repairing. The quality was obviously not great , but even worse was the customer service. I spent about $50 on a ring that lasted a handful of wears. Asking the customer to pay for shipping back to look into a potential repair seemed very out of touch. I wouldnât recommended purchasing from here...
Read moreThe vibe is cool & the concept is cool however what youâre paying for vs what youâre getting is not. Youâre paying $50+ on FAKE JEWELRY. They say the bracelets are real and the charms are fake so you canât get them wet. Which was fine bc I thought they cured the charms to prevent from quick tarnishing (you would think they would). But my charms started tarnishing two days after I bought my bracelet. The only wetness my bracelet had experienced was when it rained. So I paid around $76 dollars for something that didnât last for even a weekend. I have fake jewelry from 2009 that hasnât tarnished as much or as quickly this jewelry has. SHEIN makes jewelry that last longer. I was disappointed and donât think the product matches the price. Youâre better off going to pandora and getting REAL jewelry for what theyâre...

She did not use any harsh chemicals or anything of the sort that would ruin the integrity of the chain. We returned to get it re-zapped but they wanted to charge a 15 dollar fee. Needless to say, we did not re-zap it because there was no guarantee that it wouldnât break again in another 6 months that would then require another 15 bucks to fix. We ended up just putting clasps on it to make it a non-permanent bracelet, but still a disappointment because the cost of the non-permanent bracelet is less and we initially paid for a permanent bracelet.
Additionally, the store advertises their jewelry as non- tarnishing but both our bracelets have already lost its gold color and it...
