This place was amazing! I want to personally thank Gigi for my gorgeous hair results, as well as, I believe it was, Ricardo and Maria (please correct me if I got your names wrong!) Context: I made a last minute appointment for me and my two kids (adults). My daughter and I had hair past our hips and we wanted to get the lengths exactly the same so we could compare the speed of our growth. My son's hair was past his shoulders and he just wanted to shorten it enough to make it more manageable. The service: Gigi took such great care of me and my hair!!! The result of my cut blew my mind!! I don't remember the last time it looked so shiny and healthy. I barely recognized my hair from the back once she was done. I had so many split ends and thought I would have to chop it down to at least the middle of my back. Gigi gave me a great consultation and recommended layers to get rid of the dead ends and to better match the shorter section of the left side of my head which was much shorter than the rest because I used to have it shaved. I am so grateful for you, Gigi!! Gigi and Ricardo were SO PATIENT, helpful, and skilled. They took the time to hear me and my daughter out and work with us while taking progression pictures of the whole process. They were kind, funny, and wonderful people. My daughter's hair and mine look and feel perfect. Thank you to Maria for my son's cut as well. It is just as he wanted it and it looks so much healthier as well. We will definitely be coming...

DO NOT COME HERE. I came in expecting to pay around $280 for a single color and haircut—$180 for the color (since my hair is long) and $100 for the cut. When I arrived, I was told my hair was too dark for the color to show and was advised to get highlights instead. I agreed, but at no point was I informed of the major price increase.

The final bill? $645. I was charged $380 for color, $100 for toner, $120 for the haircut, plus tax. I was completely blindsided.

While I will say the hair came out beautiful and the stylist, Umma, did an amazing job, the owner failed to mention that switching to highlights would result in such a drastic price difference. That kind of information should absolutely be communicated up front.

When I voiced my concerns, the owner told me I should have known what comes with highlights and that toner is always part of the process—placing the blame on me instead of acknowledging the lack of transparency.

I’ve been to many salons—like Dolls by Henry—where I paid around $500 and received a true luxury experience, complete with champagne. Here, I wasn’t even offered water.

This place is overpriced, misleading, and lacks basic customer care. I do not recommend...

I made an appointment with this salon on a whim after my sister mentioned to me that she loved it when she went, and I'm so so happy I did! Making an appointment was super easy, and when I got there Rafael sat with me to discuss what I wanted for my haircut - I just wanted a trim following the layers in my hair to remove unhealthy looking ends and to touch up my curtain bangs. He listened and cut it perfectly - he didn't take off more than I wanted and gave my hair the exact style I wanted. He was incredibly kind and attentive. And I got shampoo, cut and blowout all for $65!! Overall a great, peaceful experience. In other places in the past, I've felt tears of frustration when the stylists clearly didn't understand what I wanted (even when I asked for something simple) - but not here.
