A good esthetician is hard to come by and I've been on a hunt for a good facial place for a while. I was recommended Cleo from Le Bon Skin Lab by a close friend of mine who has been getting facials done by her for 2 years now. I decided to give Cleo a try since I saw dramatic results on my friend's skin and I was suffering from severe breakouts and whiteheads for a year now. What I love most about Cleo is that she customizes the facial to what your skin needs. My first visit to Cleo was my most memorable one. The facial room was dimly lit with soft music playing in the background. The walls were practically sound proof and I was able to unwind and relax on the bed. On top of that, Cleo was very gentle when massaging my face, neck, and shoulders. What I needed most on my first visit were extractions and Cleo is honestly the best at that. I was so shocked my face felt so smooth the next day. On my second visit, Cleo gave me an enzyme peel and minor extractions. Cleo picked an enzyme peel for my skin because it helps fade acne scars and is gentler than a chemical peel. She actually recommended the chemical peel for my skin, but since I already made plans for the next day where I would be out in the sun a lot, she told me to come back for a chemical peel when I am ready. The enzyme peel was amazing. It smelled good and felt great. Afterwards, Cleo applied some essential skincare products and sunscreen on my face to keep it protected until I get home. I have tried everything for adult acne including very expensive products and nothing has worked for my skin. Once i started getting monthly chemical peels with Cleo i started seeing drastic improvement in my acne and acne scars. If you have already gotten rid of your acne and just have scars left the chemical peels will also drastically help. Don't waste your money on acne or scar treatments...

My boyfriend booked a facial and massage here for me as a surprise and I am so glad he did. This was THE, yes the, absolute best massage I’ve ever had. It’s deep tissue mixed with some Thai/Bodywork massage. I am someone who needs a lot of pressure and the massage specialist was really able to get deep into the tissue of my back and work out some knots. She also stretched me out a bit.

My facial was really wonderful, too. I’m not someone who normally gets facials but my skin looked incredible the next day. Not too much irritation at all.
