Tried this salon for a last minute appointment, they were very accommodating and the salon is very clean. I would NOT recommend getting dip powder treatments at this salon. The technician I had required way too much direction and is likely inexperienced in dip powder. Had I not complained, my nails would’ve been worse.

The application of the powder was not done well, it was very thick and uneven. I called this out to the technician and to her credit she did try to fix it, but since the issue began at application there was not much she could do. Even in drilling them down you can see that it is STILL not well done. She wasn’t proactive about shaping the nails or making them look neat. I had to keep giving direction and could tell that it was close to closing and she wanted to go. I could’ve advocated more but ended up just saying they were fine and tipping so I could leave. Paid $64 incl $10 tip and $14 removal of a previous dip from another salon.

Saw others with gel applications that looked neat. I would recommend this salon for gel only. Again, they were very nice but not very good. Rating a 3 because of how well she handled the criticism but would not get this...

4 stars because the service was good and they did a great job match the reference photo! The only thing that upset me was the price: this counted as a design instead of a French manicure and they charged me $68. There is no price for “designs” on their rate sheet so I have no idea where they came up with that number from. For a gel French manicure on my natural nails I feel like it was overpriced, but I do like how the nails turned out and how quick the service was.

Update: it’s been 1 week exactly and almost all of the nails have chipped from the tip and the cuticle. This is NOT what I expect from a gel manicure. Lowering my star...

I took my daughter to have her nails done with gel tips and I don't know if they didn't understand but they did her manicure very badly, my daughter's cuticle were even cut badly and blood came out. My daughter showed the woman a reference photo of what she wanted including the size and color of the nail but even than she was met with indifference. My daughter was left disappointed by her first time going to a nail salon and it was not what she wanted as well as the hefty price of $55 plus tip.
