The lady was not only 40 mins late, the quality of service was very poor. Even though I sent the reference photos in advance, she didn’t even have the right color palette (blue/purple eyeshadow and matching lipstick). Her excuse was that she couldn’t see the colors properly on her phone. The brushes fell down multiple times but she didn’t sanitize them before using them on my face. Very poor organizational skills because she couldn’t even find some very basic products like color pencils, she ended borrowing some of mine. The hair was nothing like the photo. I asked her to put product in it so it would last the night, and she just said she can’t help with that. My hair last for less than an hour. We were so rushed in the end, it was extremely stressful, when the entire reason I hired the service is so I could have an good experience. AMAZING!!!!!!!! I Booked Fix Hair and Makeup for our engagement pictures and Jhenelle Hill was on top of everything! She made sure my skin was prepped prior to putting on make up which also made my make-up last the entire day. I didn’t want to take off my make-up at the end of the day.

Why I would book again: Effortlessly matched my eyeshadow so well with my fiancé’s suit which made my make-up elegantly pop in our pictures. Very professional, had make-up tools including airbrush for foundation. Came with me to the photo shoot and touched up my hair and make-up on a very windy day! Even my photographer said he loved working with her! Her lash techniques for falsies are amazing because you forget you are wearing them! The curls in my hair lasted even with the brutal winds that day!
