I don't agree with others saying this is a crispy crust. (Joe's is crispy; this is not, unless reheated in the oven for too long.) It's easily foldable exactly how it should be. A crispy crust would crack a little when folding. Not the case here. The dough creates a flavorful crust, soft yet firm and slightly chewy. They put the right amount of cheese and sauce on it. It is cooked evenly and not burnt.
The only issue you might have here is that the slice may not be warm when you order it because it's not a super popular spot, likely because of where it's located. I think the mark of a good pizza is that even if it's not warm, it still tastes good. That's the case with this pizza.
