Okay, first of all, this is a tourist trap. And you have to understand that first. Their prices are super high and youâd never pay this anywhere else. But weâre in New York City and weâre going to get stuff for our family. The staff in the store were very nice and helpful. But you will want to shop in the very early mornings.    Read moreI'm giving a 5 star review because of the employee working at the mobile phone section around noon on Oct 30 (if your boss sees this - hope you appreciate this man!!!) - he was incredibly calm and together while I annoyed him for half an hour (at least) while he was fixing my sim card. Other customers were coming and he managed to service everyone in a timely matter AND ended up really fixing my cell service! I'm sorry I didn't leave a tip for you, my friend!
