Good collection but really bad service. Staff are rude and look annoyed by everything. The main staff "tsk-ed" loudly and mildly snatched the shoes away from me when I said I didn't want to get them because they were too tight for me. Everytime I asked about a pair of shoes, I could feel their irritation. Unpleasant experience.

Your uncouth response to my feedback proves my point about your customer service. Similar to your response on other negative reviews. FYI I was not checking prices online. And to your point about "bringing me shoes" - I think that's what a shoe shop is supposed to do - bring customers shoes that are their size, without annoyance. Sorry for "trying many shoes." Rest assured that will never happen again. Also, you brought me shoes TWICE, not "several times", out of which once you brought me different colored shoes.

I would have actually bought a pair of shoes because I really liked them but your rude response when I asked for a larger size turned me off. So reflect on your own customer service before blaming your troubles with business on well-intentioned customers like...

I am very disappointed. I went into this shop and saw lots of very cool boots, I tried a few on and loved one pair. When I was about to pay I realised a stain on one of the boots so I asked if they had another pair. They went in the back of the shop and came back and said to me they had a new pair and put the boots in a bag for me. When I got back I put them on, and they were one size smaller than the ones I had tried on. I am putting 2 stars in case it was a mistake but I doubt it.

Response to your reply : I live in France, I am not coming back to New York to exchange a pair of boots. I paid them nearly 300 dollars and it’s just beyond comprehension how such a blatant mistake could occur, especially when I had clearly provided my size to the staff. Maybe I would have deleted it, if you were apologetic and...
