They sold me used silver candle stick, I came back to return it, but Sales person Kevin said they don’t issue refunds on faulty items that they sell, and said they can replace it with a new piece. Fine. He told me to leave the candle stick with him, he has my details in the system and that the new piece will ship from the warehouse shortly and I’ll receive an email with a new tracking. Never heard back for 10 days. I called back the store to follow up and apparently Kevin never shipped anything and kept the piece. No update, nothing. Such a pity...
